The Melio Accounting Partner Program is a rewards program designed to support accounting firms as they grow. By adding clients to Melio, partners unlock progressive discounts, premium support, and exclusive tools that streamline client management and elevate firm operations.
You’re automatically enrolled when you add your first client to Melio. There’s no application or approval process—just start using the platform with your clients and your partner status activates at the Bronze level.
There are four statuses: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each level reflects the number of subscribed clients you’ve added and unlocks additional benefits—from higher discounts and hands-on onboarding to strategic co-marketing and advisory opportunities.
Clients must be subscribed to a paid plan to count toward your partner status. Each new active client you add brings you closer to the next partner level and unlocks additional rewards.
To qualify for tiered discounts, clients must be billed directly through your firm’s account. Only clients whose plans are paid for by your firm will count toward achieving higher discount tiers. However, all subscribed clients—regardless of who pays for their plan—will count toward your partner status.
Your status is based on the number of subscribed clients. If that number changes, your status will change—but you’ll still retain access to essential tools and support. You can always regain your status as your client base grows. Note that if a client who was billed through your firm cancels, it may affect the tiered discount.
